Loyal Customer Discount

We keep track of number and length of customer orders, so that we can award discounts to those customers who have been with us and who have placed lengthy and/or complex orders. We want to award these loyal clients with a graduated discount plan that can ultimately result in a discount as high as 35%. For clients who have met the requirements for number of orders or have ordered a major project (e.g., a dissertation), we have a VIP status award of a permanent discount on every order placed after achieving this status.
