How you may use products you purchase from us: You agree that you will not use any products you receive from us for any purposes other than personal. This means that you will not sell or distribute them to anyone else. You agree that you will use these products as resources for study and reference. If you use our products for any other purposes than stated here, and if there are consequence because of that, we will not be responsible for those consequences.
Providing Accurate Contact Information: When you submit your order, you will be asked to supply your full name, your email address, and a working telephone number. We need this personal information in case we need to contact you. The company never shares your personal information with anyone else, as guaranteed in our Privacy Policy. If you do not provide the correct information and we are unable to get in touch with you, your order may be delayed. We cannot be responsible for these delays.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you need to let us know as soon as possible, because that will affect your refund amount. If we have not assigned a writer when you cancel, you will receive a full refund. If we have already assigned a writer, however, you refund will be based upon how much work that writer has already completed. In these cases, we will determine a refund amount. You can apply any refund to a future order.
Resource Materials for Research: When your project requires resource materials, we will ask you to provide as much detail as possible. Usually, customers give us the number of resources to be used. In these cases, the writer will choose the best resources for the paper. If you need specific resources, you need to specify them. If they are readily available, you will not need to do anything more. If they are not readily available, we will ask that your upload them. If you do not have them, and we have to purchase them, you will need to reimburse us for that expense. We cannot proceed with production until we receive that payment from you.
If you will be uploading specific resources, we have a deadline for those uploads, based upon your deadline for the final product. These are the deadlines in place for uploading resource materials:
- for orders due within 12-24 hours, resources must be supplied within 30 minutes of the order placement,
- for orders due within 24-72 hours, there is a 1 hour deadline;
- for orders with a 72 hour+ deadline, resources must be received within 1 day.
In case Customer did not provide materials within the deadline for resource provision, extra payment or extra time for order completion would be required.
Be Certain Your Order is Correct: It is important that you re-check your order before you submit it. Make certain that your academic level is correct and that you have all of the details as they should be. As an additional check, we will send you an order confirmation via email, and please re-check the details again. If you make a mistake and do not get it corrected, and we then produce the work incorrectly, you will have to re-order or ask for revisions to correct the piece. This will entail additional cost, and your deadline may be impacted.
If you have instructions that do not “fit” into any of the order form fields, or if you have a very large and complicated order, please contact customer support so they can help you. They are always open.
If any part of your instructions are not clear, we will contact you by email or phone for clarification. If your writer is uncertain about anything, s/he will message you on your account page. We urge you to check that account page regularly so that there are no delays in production. If there are delays because you have not responded to our requests for clarification, we cannot be responsible.
Revision Requests: It is our policy to accept all requests for revisions. Here is how you can make it much easier. When you receive your final draft, please review it very carefully and ask for any revisions at that time. You can do so by clicking the “revision request” button on your account page and giving your writer the details of the changes you want. You can also contact customer service with your request. If you take delivery of your final draft and then come back with revision requests, your deadline may be negatively impacted, so it is best to request them before you take delivery.
Most revisions are free of charge, as long as they do not represent a change from the original order details. Please read through our Revision Policy for all of the detail.
Plagiarism: We do not tolerate plagiarism, and we never recycle or re-sell any works that our writers produce. As a layer of assurance, all writing is run through a software scan and checked for plagiarism before being delivered to a customer. If you should believe that you have received plagiarized content, we ask that you return the work to us with a TurnItIn report and we will certainly investigate the matter.
Technical Difficulties: On very rare occasions, we have experienced power failures or server difficulties that beyond our control. When this happens, we cannot be responsible for any delays that may occur, but we call you with notification of this. If you should experience similar difficulties on your end, please call us, as soon as your issues are resolved, so that we know why you have not downloaded your final product.
Payment for Products: Payment is expected at the time of order submission, so that we can assign a writer and meet your deadline. You may use any major debit or credit card, PayPal, wire transfer or e-check to make payment, and we do not process payments ourselves. Like all other reputable retailers online, we use an SSL-certified processor.
Occasionally, your bank may require that we verify your identity. We will call you and ask that our forward a government-issued picture ID. It is important that you do this immediately, so that your order is not delayed. We can accept screen shots, faxes, or emails with pictures of your ID
Deadline Information: Please be certain that you give us a correct deadline date and time, because that impacts your cost. We suggest that you add several hours of “slack” time so that you can review it before giving your approval. We have only missed a deadline in the most extreme circumstances, so you can be pretty certain that your final draft will be ready on or before the time you have specified. If any delay is our fault, you will receive a partial refund.
